The manager/owner (Mar) was very patient, kind, helpful, and professional during the initial process of my consultation up to end of our business together which was receiving my finalized creation/design!
I am in the process of planning a birthday party for my mother and one of my first steps was to create an invitation. I knew I wanted a digital invitation and I had ideas of what I wanted, but just didn’t know how to put them all together to create it!
The first time I spoke with Mar she set me up an appointment for a consultation! Afterwards, I received an email that requested all of my thoughts, ideas, details needed for the creation of the design for my invitations! I was also told that my design would be worked on until I approved and was satisfied! After sending all of this information over I received my first design in a timely manner! I know that Mar has talent and passion for what she does because that first design sent to me was my personal final! It was done perfectly on her first attempt! My mom’s invitation was beautiful and elegant and it consisted of everything I had asked for and much more! I couldn’t have done it better myself!
I can’t thank the business enough for their phenomenal work and customer service!
